Are you an ACC-certified coach ready to elevate your skills and earn your PCC credential? Level 2b is designed for coaches who’ve already laid their foundation and are now ready to deepen their mastery, confidence, and coaching presence. This bridge program helps you meet the ICF’s updated credentialing standards while continuing your growth with the MMS transformational approach.

Level 2b is a fully accredited 72-hour coach training program that supports your path from ACC to PCC. You’ll sharpen your command of the ICF Core Competencies, receive detailed feedback through mentor coaching, and refine your practice through observed sessions—all aligned with the 37 PCC Markers.

Credential level is Professional Certified Coach (PCC)

 

  • 60-hours Zoom Classroom
  • 12-hours of Resource Development /Homework
    • Includes the 37 PCC Markers
    • 10 Mentoring Sessions: 7 Group & 3 one-on-one mentoring
    • Attend Modules: 1 & 2 and return for Modules: 17-34
    • Continue your peer coaching and weekly assignments

ICF Requirements:

  • 5 Coaching sessions (MP3) /with Mentor Coaching Feedback (part of the 3 hours of one-on-one mentoring) used as evaluation to meet the PCC requirement

Preview Modules for Level 2b Course (ACC to PCC Track)

Module 1: The Overview of Coaching

This module sets the foundation for the entire training. Participants are welcomed, introduced to key concepts, and observe a live coaching demo by Dr. Chérie. It also introduces the ICF Core Competencies, MMS models, and course structure.

Module 2: How the World has Changed

Explores how global shifts in the past 50 years created the need for coaching. Covers trends in communication, leadership, and human development. Participants reflect on the relevance of coaching in today’s world.

Module 17: ICF - The Credentialing (Exam)

Prepares participants for the ICF ACC exam. Offers study strategies, sample questions, and guidance to build confidence. Reinforces mastery of the ICF Core Competencies and ethical standards.

Module 18: Energy Exchange - How it Works in Coaching

Explores the non-verbal, energetic dynamics between coach and client. You’ll learn how to create a safe, high-vibration coaching space—what we call the “Coaching Bubble.” Concepts like emotional resonance, energy flow, and chakra awareness are introduced to deepen presence and trust.

Module 19: ICF - The PCC Markers

Introduces the ICF PCC Markers that distinguish deeper, person-focused coaching from technique-focused approaches. This module helps coaches shift from “What” to “Who,” evaluating the whole person. The markers serve as a guide for consistent, high-quality coaching performance.

Module 20: Personal Development - Relationship Coaching

Highlights how personal development and coaching are interwoven. As clients grow, coaches must also grow in parallel. You’ll reflect on your own path and how to model transformational growth through your presence and authenticity.

Module 21: Learning Styles in Coaching

You’ll explore eight learning styles and how to tailor coaching conversations to match your client’s preferences. Understanding how people absorb and apply information helps create lasting change. This module empowers you to customize your coaching for greater effectiveness.

Module 22: Transitions, Transactions, & Transformation

Distinguishes three types of coaching engagements and how to support clients through emotional and organizational transitions. Introduces the Kubler-Ross change curve and how to coach through grief, loss, or workplace change with presence and clarity.

Module 23: Qualities of an Effective Executive Coach

Defines 22 core qualities of great executive coaches and introduces models like Feedforward Coaching. You’ll learn the differences between team vs. group coaching and how to apply each approach effectively in organizations.

Module 24: Leadership Coaching

Differentiates coaching leaders versus managers. Covers executive presence, influence, and systemic leadership development. You’ll explore real-world leadership challenges and how to coach leaders navigating complexity and change.

Module 25: Brain Waves & The RAS

Introduces how brainwave states affect focus, connection, and insight. You’ll explore how coach-client resonance may enhance coaching impact, from Beta (focus) to Theta (intuition). This module bridges science with presence.

Module 26: Cross Cultural, Bias & Blindspots

Raises awareness of cultural dynamics and generational coaching. You’ll explore Hofstede’s cultural dimensions and understand how to connect with millennial clients, their values, and communication styles.

Module 27: Neuroscience in Coaching

Covers key neuroscience concepts like Amygdala Hijack, the SCARF model, and the 3 R’s. You’ll learn how the brain processes safety, triggers, and decision-making—giving you deeper insight into your clients’ reactions and resilience.

Module 28: Mentoring & Coaching - Team & Group

Clarifies the key differences between mentoring and coaching. Learn when each is appropriate, and how to clearly distinguish your role. Also deepens understanding of team vs. group coaching and how to use them strategically.

Module 29: (OCM) Organizational Change Management

Presents coaching as a vital tool in managing change. You’ll explore strategies for handling resistance, defining roles, and guiding behavior change within systems. Includes models like the “Triangle of Human Needs” and case scenarios.

Module 30: EOC “Employee-Owned Change”

Outlines the eight-phase “Voice of the People” process to evaluate and support sustainable change in organizations. You’ll learn how to assess readiness, collect feedback, and engage decision-makers through coaching principles.

Module 31: Overcoming Corporate Negaholic

Profiles 12 corporate personas that resist growth, sabotage change, or drain team energy. You’ll learn how to coach through resistance, negativity, and self-sabotage with insight and clarity—essential for internal or executive coaching.

Module 32: High-Performance Coaching & GROW Model

Explores models like “Coaching for Results” and “Will-Skill Matrix” to help clients boost performance with clarity and motivation. Emphasizes relationship-based feedback and how to set your clients up for success.

Module 33: Psychometric Tools for Coaching

Introduces tools like MBTI, DISC, Hogan, and the Enneagram. You’ll learn when and how to use assessments to support awareness—while always keeping the client senior to the tool. Includes documentation best practices.

Module 34: Living Life as a Coach (Completion)

Celebrates participants’ growth and prepares them for graduation. Encourages reflection, sharing of insights, and committing to living as a coach. Includes final submissions and virtual graduation ceremony.
