Connects personal development and self-care to coaching mastery. Reflects on what lifelong learning and “cleaning the vessel” look like at the MCC level. Participants explore how their self-care directly influences their coaching presence and capacity.

Module 8: Mindset: Growth Mindset & Not Knowing

Introduces the MCC mindset of “not knowing what’s best for the client.” Focuses on curiosity, presence, and empathy while relinquishing control of outcomes. Coaches learn to lead from humility and courage, supported by Dr. Carol Dweck’s mindset model.

Module 9: The MMS Model of Desire, Willingness, Belief, and Commitment and Direct Communication

Unpacks MMS’s DWBC model as a lens for coachability and partnership. Coaches deepen their understanding of how presence, clarity, and attunement activate client transformation. Includes role clarity, powerful questions, and the “Below the Line” model.

Module 10: Level 3 Core Competencies: BARS = Behavioral Anchored Ratings Scale

Presents the Behavioral Anchored Rating Scales (BARS) as the standard for MCC coaching. Coaches learn to embody the eight ICF Core Competencies at the highest level. Each competency is explored through demo, feedback, and active application.

Module 11: Listening, Connecting, and Silence

Focuses on mastering silence as a coaching tool and creating space for reflection. Coaches deepen their active listening and emotional awareness, including how to manage triggers. A key step in quieting the mind to amplify client insights.

Module 12: Heightened Sensitivity and Emotional Intelligence

Helps coaches recognize and work with clients’ internal conflicts and “parts.” Coaches explore their own subpersonalities to build awareness, alignment, and presence. The session equips participants to guide clients toward integration and empowerment.

Module 13: Coach’s Healthy Relationship with The “Self”

Sub-personalities are explored in depth as each participant is expected to take a full inventory of all the voices in their mind (pre-reading Become One). Coaches will encounter incongruences in clients. They will say one thing and do the exact opposite. They will make statements that appear to be in direct conflict with a previous statement. The name we have given to this incongruence is a “Sub-personality.” Knowing how to deal with opposing voices is a critical skill for MCC coaches. These incongruent behaviors evidence a lack of alignment, a limited belief about what is possible, and/or an internal unconscious conflict. Awareness is key to listening to the subconscious voices, unearthing the subtleties and nuances of inner voices that distract, derail, or demote the client. Who is talking, and externalizing the internal conflict, can determine the outcome of an MCC session? Case studies will be offered to explore as a group. The coach learns in Module 8 how to illuminate these unconscious self talk dialogues and empowers the client to become senior to inner conflict. There is an MCC Demo session offered to participants, along with a breakout lab addressing one’s sub-personalities.

Module 14: “The Who” Factor

Distinguishes surface-level coaching from transformational depth. Coaches shift from addressing the “what” of a client’s concern to the “who” behind it. This module helps participants access the whole person, not just the presenting issue.

Module 15: Continuous Cleaning of the Vessel, Triggers, and Lifelong Learning

Explores how past experiences can re-emerge as triggers in coaching. Coaches learn to recognize, reflect on, and clean unresolved issues. Focuses on emotional maturity, feedback, and ongoing self-development as an MCC.

Module 16: ICF Core Values & Managing Bias

Covers professionalism, collaboration, inclusion, and ethics through the ICF Core Values. Coaches reflect on personal biases and how to maintain integrity in complex situations. This session strengthens the foundation for global, ethical coaching.

Module 17: Energy, Flow & Chakras

Introduces energetic awareness, subtle presence, and coaching flow states. Coaches learn to read energy, hold space, and support client transformation through vibration and intuition. A blend of self-reflection, somatic presence, and energetic alignment.

Module 18: Transformation

Focuses on guiding clients through defining moments and lasting change. Participants explore transformation as becoming more aligned with the authentic self. Coaches learn to recognize and facilitate these moments with depth and compassion.

Module 19: The Keys to Happiness, Meaning and Purpose

Explores the distinctions between happiness and meaning. Coaches reflect on their own sense of purpose and how to support clients in exploring theirs. Includes a video from Dr. Chérie and deep inquiry on the pursuit of a fulfilled life.

Module 20: Living Life as a Master Certified Coach

Celebrates integration of mastery into daily life. Coaches reflect on embodying their values, leadership, and legacy. Participants share insights, receive feedback, and complete their learning journey with vision and clarity.
